Submissions for our journal are currently closed

William & Mary Law Review Online reviews submissions on a rolling basis. Preference is given to articles that address hyper-current legal topics, but any polished piece of legal scholarship may be submitted. The maximum word limit is 10,000 words, excluding footnotes. However, shorter submissions are encouraged, with an ideal submission length of 4,000 to 8,000 words. Interested authors should submit (1) a manuscript; (2) a resume; and (3) a cover letter, which should include a short summary of the article, the total word count, and the word count excluding footnotes.
